One of the most effective means for prophylactics of diabetes are bioflavonoids — natural complexes which can be found in fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc. The most active component of the polyphenols (bioflavonoids) is chlorogenic acid; its sugar reducing effects have been confirmed by international scientific researches.

Blueberry seed and peel contains, amongst other polyphenols, huge amount of the acid together with other organic acids, sugars and fibers. But the sad fact is that neither seed nor peel are digested by the human body. Until three years ago, when discovery of Liqberry technology for processing blueberries led to complete extraction of those elements from the seed and peel. We proudly call our product ‘Formula of life’; and we can talk about the Liqberry blueberry paste as an indispensable part of the healthy diet. Scientific researches have undoubtedly confirmed that periodical consumption of the paste allows to normalize blood sugar level even in the case of Type 1 diabetes.
